Oasis Project : Our concept

Notre concept en français

 

Our new project Oasis is a serene and comfortable residential complex, designed with care, to provide quality amenities, construction, security and daily services. It is a beautiful project located in a calm environment, less than 200m away from the beach.

Authentic Architecture and Quality Construction

The architectural parti is inspired from the Moroccan and Mediterranean styles, both from a spatial and an aesthetic point of view.

 

Indeed, in its configuration, the complex resembles a medina (old Moroccan cities): it contains garden-patios, connected through walkways that recall the Arabic concept of “sabas (1)”. The largest garden surrounds a swimming pool, which can be used by all residents.

 

The architecture of the complex recalls the white Mediterranean houses. The façades are made of a series of arcs and small domes, in addition to several ornamental stone or brick elements. The chimneys are included in the design as an aesthetic element that completes the composition.

 

It is also important to note that the developer is an architect, whose experience in architecture, urbanism and developing, contributes greatly to the high quality of both the design and the construction of the project.

Residences that combine the modern and the traditional

The first floor of each duplex is an open plan. The two living rooms and the kitchen, which is designed the American style, allow the interior to feel open and spacious. A fireplace available in all duplexes offers a warm and inviting ambience. For additional heating or cooling, there will be a dedicated space both inside and outside the house for a possible air conditioner installation.

 

The reception and the living rooms have a rustic look thanks to the ceramic tiles used, the iron railing at the stair, and the exotic paint with a light marble pattern.

 

The American style kitchen is equipped with a dual electric and gas stove in case of a rupture of either energy source. For a better air quality a hood is installed in order to filter the air. A water and electrical connection to the washing machine is available in all kitchens.

 

The bathrooms contain a big shower, similar to a small Turkish bath with an anti-slip floor. A 200 L solar panel on the roof provides the bathrooms continuously with hot water. Since the water heats up to 80°C initially, the amount of hot water available at 40°C becomes 400L. It is also important to note that there are approximately 300 sunny days per year, during the 65 days with overcast, the water is automatically heated electrically.

 

Both bathrooms and kitchens are covered in ceramic tile and a special water-repellant paint. Noble materials such as marble or granite are used for all counter tops.

 

Also, each house has a number of terraces located in different floors. The first floor terraces oversee a small garden, which is separated from the neighbor by little bushes. Certain balconies and roof terraces offer panoramic views to the ocean.

 

The windows are equipped with electric aluminum black-out shades. The windows are 6 mm thick and have slightly green tint in order to block the strong solar ray allow ample light to penetrate the inside. In the first floor of each house, a metallic grill will be installed on the windows and glass doors for better security.

 

The installation of the electric wiring is secured by a sensitive circuit breaker (500mA) and the electric outlets (grounded) receive a 220V / 50Hz current. The outlets are distributed as follows :

  • 2 per room
  • 1 in each bathroom
  • 5 in the kitchen (above the countertop, for the fridge, the washing machine, the electric stove, and the hood
  • 1 cable for the oven
  • 1 cable for the solar water heater

Other wiring such as TV and telephone expend from the living room to the terraces. One telecom outlet is available in each house, used for telephone, internet, or payable TV.

 

For parking, most houses have a direct access to the 20m wide road. A parking space will be dedicated to each resident nearby.

 

Regarding the general management of the complex, Miamar constructions will take care of the management for free for a period of 6 months. After that, a managing team will have to be created and will decide on the participation fee for all residents (estimated between 40 to 60 Euros/month).
